The name MUTARA is derived from the Malay MUTIARA, meaning pearl, and the Latin MUTATIO, meaning movement or change. Our goal is in the name. We want to offer our customers flexible and valuable solutions.

Our History
We have been in business since 2006 and support more than 500 clients with accounting, auditing, bookkeeping and fiduciary services.
2006 – Foundation of MUTARA Audit AG, Switzerland.
2012 – Foundation of MUTARA Treuhand AG, Switzerland.
2015 – Foundation of MUTARA Treuhand Zürich AG, Switzerland.
2024 – Foundation of MUTARA Treuhand (Liechtenstein) AG, Liechtenstein.

In 2006, we founded MUTARA Audit AG in Baar (Switzerland). MUTARA Audit AG has developed into a renowned company in the field of auditing and financial services. Since our foundation in 2006, we have been dedicated to providing exceptional audit solutions to companies and organisations from various industries. With our strong commitment to integrity, professionalism and excellence, we have earned a solid reputation as an audit partner in the industry.
In 2012, we founded MUTARA Treuhand AG in Baar (Switzerland), which offers comprehensive fiduciary services in the field of accounting. We specialise in assisting individuals and companies in their search for outsourcing services, accounting and payroll, tax advice, value added tax (VAT) and provide business and management consulting. Our dedicated team of experts provides personalised solutions tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
In 2015, we founded MUTARA Treuhand Zürich AG in Zurich (Switzerland), a leading provider of comprehensive advisory services for trusts, foundations and international family structures.We specialise in providing international private individuals with expert advice on the reporting of assets subject to foreign restrictions and country-specific requirements.
MUTARA Treuhand (Liechtenstein) AG was founded in 2024 with offices in Balzers (Liechtenstein).The company offers comprehensive fiduciary services, in particular the formation and administration of legal entities as well as accounting, tax and advisory services.

Christoph Hasler
MANAGING DIRECTOR AND MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
M.A. HSG, Certified Fiduciary Expert, CFA
Christoph Hasler holds a master’s degree in Banking Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an LL.M. in International Corporate Commercial Law from King’s College London.
He has in-depth knowledge of the fiduciary sector. After working for Liechtenstein trust companies for many years, he has extensive experience in Liechtenstein corporate law, business consulting, taxes and accounting.

Certified tax expert, certified fiduciary expert (Switzerland) and authorised audit expert RAB.
Séverin Knüsel, has in-depth knowledge in the areas of accounting, auditing and taxes. Thanks to his many years working for various auditing and tax consulting firms, he has extensive experience in tax consulting, management consulting and accounting.
